1. Browse our designs until you find something you
like, and click on it.
2. On the design page, select the garment color and
size & Style that you would like, and click the "Add To Cart" button.
3. You can repeat step 2 by clicking on the "Keep
Shopping" text link below your cart contents on the "View Cart" page.
4. When you've got everything you want in your cart,
you can complete the checkout process. On the "View Cart" page, scroll
down below your cart contents to fill in your personal information
(billing & shipping addresses, payment method, etc). When you're
done, click the "Continue" button.
5. A review screen will appear with your order contents
and personal information. Once you've verified that the information is
correct, click the "Send Order" button.
6. An order confirmation screen will appear, and you
will receive an order confirmation via email.

Since orders are immediately sent to our warehouse
for processing, we can't promise anything. However, we might be able to make changes for you if you e-mail us within 24 hours of
placing your order. Please contact us to request
a change to your order. |

Your order will be delivered by your local mailman.
No signature is required. Orders shipped within the United States are
shipped via USPS United States Standard Shipping (U.S. Postal Service
First Class and/or Priority Mail). International orders are shipped via
USPS International Airmail delivery. |

The price of shipping is determined in U.S. pounds
(lbs.) by the approximate combined weight of all items in your order
(except for Express Shipping).
USPS United States Standard Shipping cost is $9.32
for up to 1 pound plus $3 for each additional pound. If you spend over
$70, the cart will subtract shipping automatically.
USPS United States Express Shipping cost is $29.99
for the first item plus $5.00 for each additional item (hoodies count as
2 items due to their weight).
USPS International Airmail shipping cost for Canada is
$9.99 for up to 1 pound plus $4 for each additional pound. For all
other foreign countries, shipping cost is $13.99 for up to 1 pound plus
$6 for each additional pound. Depending on your delivery location and
order size, your order may be subject to import taxes imposed by the
country of delivery. If your country charges tax on imports, these
additional charges are not covered by the shipping charge on your order
with SnarfDog.com, and you will be required to pay them in order to
receive your package. |

We are able to ship packages to the following
countries: USA, Australia, Argentina, Aruba, Austria, Bahamas, Barbados,
Belarus, Belize, Belgium, Bermuda, Brazil, Canada, Cayman Islands,
China, Czech Republic, Denmark, Faroe Islands, Finland, France, Germany,
Gibraltar, Great Britain, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iceland, India,
Ireland, Italy, Jamaica, Japan, Luxembourg, Mexico, Netherlands, New
Zealand, Norway, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Spain,
Sweden, and Switzerland, Taiwan, United Kingdom, Virgin Islands (U.S.),
Virgin Islands (British).
We DO ship to military APO/FPO addresses as all
orders are shipped through the Postal Service. If you are shipping to a
military address, simply select the "U.S. Shipping" option during
checkout. |

Shipping: General delivery time is 3 to 12
business
days (most major
metropolitan areas will receive the package within 3
to 9 business days of shipping). Orders are shipped through the United
States Postal
Service with a Delivery Confirmation number.

Express Mail: General delivery time is 1 to 2 business
days. Orders are shipped through the United States
Postal
Service with a Delivery Confirmation number.

International Shipping: General delivery time
is
10 to 20 business days. Orders are shipped through the
United
States Postal Service International Airmail delivery.
In extreme
cases, some items in your order may be out of stock.
Most
back orders ship within 2 weeks. |

The tracking number you receive in your shipment
confirmation email is actually a U.S. Postal Service "Delivery
Confirmation" number. It is updated when the order has been delivered or
an attempt to deliver has been made. Typically, the delivery
information will only state one of the following messages:
(1) "The U.S. Postal Service was electronically
notified by the shipper to expect your package for mailing. This does
not indicate receipt by the USPS or the actual mailing date. Delivery
status information will be provided if / when available. Information, if
available, is updated every evening. Please check again later."
or
(2) "The tracking information for this item was
received by the US Postal Service, but the item has not yet been scanned
in the mail stream. Please check back later."
or
(3) "Your package was delivered." |

Yes, we offer U.S. Postal
Service Express Mail shipping (1 to 2 business day delivery) for orders
that are shipped within the United States. Simply select
"Express Ship U.S." as your shipping method during checkout. Rush
shipping cost starts at $29.99 for the first item plus $5.00 for each
additional item (hoodies count as 2 items due to their weight). |

If a particular design is no longer listed on our
site, it is no longer available for purchase. Occasionally, older
designs are deleted from our catalog to make room for new stuff, you can always contact us to double check. |

We do not accept return's as all items are printed custom, We do howewver take exchanges for unworn or washed items, we charge a restocking fee for exchange are $6, this covers cost that is incurred during production as all items are made to order.
You can exchange
a purchase within 30 days of your original purchase
date. Make sure you save your order's
original packing slip as your order information is necessary in order to
complete the exchange process. All
returned items must be in unworn and unwashed condition.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are
responsible for all shipping costs. Please contact us to complete exchange
instructions (or read back of packing slip). Remember to include your name and
order number so that we may quickly assist you.
Sorry 2X-6X item's are not able to be returned only exchanged for another item or store credit.
Orders may or may-not take up to 21 days to arrive if the standard shipping option is chosen at checkout, we are not reasonable for shipping delays once item leaves production line, we are sorry to say we don't operate the postal system.
Please Note: If your order is for a special event and you select "Standard" shipping, we have no idea that it is for an event and therefore it may not ship out until after your event, we recommend that you select "Express" shipping and make a comment in the box that you need the order for an event and would like to have your order shipped that day. If you are sending us a exchange and no longer have
your order's original packing slip, please include a print-out of your
order confirmation email. If you don't have that, please include a note
that states your full name, shipping address, and email address. |

Exchanges take about 1-2 weeks to arrive, depending on when we receive the returned\defective shirt back, however most of the time they can take 3 days at the most to process and ship out.

Do you have a slogan or an idea for a t-shirt? We pay
$50 for
slogans and ideas that we actually use in our designs.
